  6.  (+) -- when configuration file is not found in the ppe directory, the ppe
  7.         will create a default one without ending the ppe!
  8.  
  9.  (+) -- heaps more configurable with more than 15 lines of configuration!

  11.  (+) -- better ansi's for your viewing pleasure

  13.  (+) -- if the ansi files needed to run this ppe are not found when they
  14.         need to be, it will create a default one and then display it..
  15.         no more exiting ppe for that reason now!!

  17.  (*) -- HUGE bug was reported by phoenix(synth).. the litebar seemed to
  18.         move up a line if the ansi file(s) were over 23 lines..

  20.  (+) -- the litebar will remember where the user was when he/she picked a
  21.         option, therefore when returning to the main ppe, it will place the
  22.         litebar on the last chosen option!

  24.  (*) -- the litebars were not totally cursor hidden when the ansi file was
  25.         changed.. this is now fixed.

  27.  (+) -- a MUCH, MUCH faster litebar procedure is now used!

  29.  (+) -- if a nup is enabled (see: config file) it will let the users who
  30.         dont know it to have a go at answering questions... if he/she gets
  31.         more than 3 out of 5 right, it will display the nup.. this is now
  32.         configurable and the sysop can now change the definitions!

  34.  (+) -- a log file "getnup.log" has been installed. this file will show
  35.         how many users have gotten the nup from the matrix online as well
  36.         as the time and date of retrieval!

  38.  (*) -- when making a new account, the ppe did not see if the handle he/she
  39.         wants to use was already used or not, thus making the ppe stall and
  40.         the board to crash.. this is now fixed and will search the alias
  41.         before letting the user logon as a new user!
